Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct bus connection from Madrid Airport to Toledo. The fastest way to get to that station is to take the Airport Metro Line 8, leaving from Aeropuerto 4 (level -1 of T4) and the first level of T2, and detrain at Nuevos Ministerios final stop. From there, you’ll have to take Metro Line 6 to Plaza Eliptica Station. The Metro Line 8 runs daily, from 06:05 am to 01:33 am, with routes every 6-8 minutes. However, from 00:00 am to 01:33 am, the metro frequency reduces to every 15 minutes.
